"We wanted to have air-conditioning installed in our apartment, but had limited options for installing the outside unit and didn’t want the system to visually dominate inside the apartment. We asked for quotes from a number of suppliers, with many refusing to even consider what we wanted, simply offering the stock standard split system. Neal from Higgins Air Conditioning was different - he listened to what we wanted to achieve and came back with a solution that works just as we want. Despite the tight space in the apartment we now have a single outdoor condenser and three bulkhead units inside. We have heating and cooling throughout the apartment through a system that is quiet and non-obtrusive. We are very happy with our system."
